FINE AGGREGATE

Fine aggregate 0-1 mm is used to fill the space between bigger pieces of crushed stone 1-3 mm, 1-4 mm. This aggregate slightly colors concrete and this effect is very noticeable when you  use white cement. 

As a result, a manufacturer has a product where a concrete colored as crushed stone, or there is no visible concrete on the surface. You gain the effect of solid natural stone.
